Place the base then align the next 5-6 segments using the built-in alignment marks. Cut one hole to allow for inter-segment transit via elevators, four elevator elements per segment. Each elevator lands on an observation deck to allow for stunning vistas on the way up and down the tower.

Price is 50,000,000 Q per segment for blueprints only. Material requirements are very low however each segment requires 96 Window L elements in addition to about 1600 cubic meters of honeycomb (partial list of materials).
